Reservation and payment
• If you have any further demands or wishes please tell us before check-in.
• Payment for the reservation will be charged at the time of booking made through our website. -
Cancelling your reservation
• If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before your planned arrival, we will debit your account to the full cost of the reservation.
• In the event of you leaving early, we retain the full payment for the stay. -
Registration
• We do not have a 24 hour reception so we please ask you to tell us your exact time of arrival up to 12 hours before registering.
• Upon arrival, guests are registered with the police. We will need the ID or passport details of all guests who will be staying in the apartment. -
